
One person has been arrested following a high-speed chase that came to an end in Sheboygan County.
WHBL reports that the chase began in Ozaukee County on Highway 43 in the early morning hours yesterday (January 7th).
Ozaukee County authorities chased the fleeing vehicle northward, out of the county into Sheboygan County where deputies with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office were alerted to the chase.
Sheboygan Deputies deployed spike strips before a PIT maneuver was performed to bring the vehicle to a stop.
A high-risk stop was then made, and the driver was taken into custody.
The unidentified driver is now facing a long list of charges that include drug and firearm possession, along with charges related to the high-speed chase as well.
