A Green Bay man has been arrested after a stabbing.
The Green Bay Police Department was called to the 1600 block of Harold Street around 11:15 pm on New Year’s Eve (December 31st).
Upon arrival, police rendered first aid to the 57-year-old victim, who was then taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police later arrested a 38-year-old Green Bay man who fled the scene.
He was taken into custody during a traffic stop in another city by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
The 38-year-old was questioned about the domestic disturbance incident, arrested, and taken to the Brown County Jail.
Charges are being referred to the Brown County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation into the stabbing is ongoing.
