Two Men Arrested Within A Few Hours Charged With 4th OWI

Two men are now facing 4^th OWI charges in Outagamie County.

Wisconsin State Patrol says that 37-year-old David Rojas of Menasha and 63-year-old Gary Patrick Kelly of Greenville were both pulled over last Saturday (December 28^th) within a couple of hours of each other.

Rojas was allegedly speeding while Kelly wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.

Both men were given field sobriety tests and failed.

They were taken to the Outagamie County Jail and charged with OWI, a 4^th offense.
