One person is recovering from serious injuries following a one-vehicle accident over the weekend.
WBAY reports that the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office responded to County Highway GG near Nackers Road in the Town of Buchanan yesterday (December 29th) at approximately 2:30 a.m.
The call reported a person had been involved in a car accident before walking to a nearby home for assistance.
Arriving Sheriff’s Deputies located a 26-year-old Brillion man involved in the crash.
The man was found to have serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The crash occurred on County Highway Z and Clune Road.
Investigations show that the 26-year-old’s eastbound vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch, and rolled over numerous times.
It is also believed that alcohol, speed, and poor weather conditions played a factor in the rollover crash.
The Kaukauna Police Department, Buchanan Fire and First Responders, Combined Locks Fire and First Responders, and Gold Cross Ambulance assisted in responding to the accident.
