Prosecutors are determining whether to file charges against a Milwaukee County bus driver involved in a fatal incident on Christmas.
According to Milwaukee Police, two men were working on a car that was legally parked on the side of the road near 47th and Villard Wednesday night when the bus struck them.
A 79-year-old man died at the scene.
Authorities say the bus driver remained at the location after the collision.
There were no passengers on the bus at the time.
Both MCTS and Milwaukee Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
