The Seehafer Broadcasting Sharing Tree has once again been deemed a major success.
In total, 196 items were placed under the tree in the studio lobby, and a significant amount of monetary donations were also given to support The Haven Men’s Homeless Shelter in Manitowoc.
Executive Director Alex Hunt picked up the donations earlier this week, and voiced his appreciation.
“We are super grateful for all of the good things that Seehafer Broadcasting for has done for The Haven this year,” he told SeehaferNews.com. “Also all of our partners and community members that decided to come out of their own generous hearts and give them of themselves to help benefit the community.”
While the Sharing Tree donation drive is now over, those who would like to donate to The Haven can do so at any time.
“We have people at The Haven 24 hours a day, so you can feel free to just stop by, push the button, say, ‘Hey, we got a donation,’ and our staff will run out and help you,” Alex explained.
The Haven is located at 1003 Marshal Street, or you can call 920-652-9110.
