
A Manitowoc man charged with providing drugs that killed someone is going to trial.
According to court documents, 42-year-old Nathan Tollefson decided to reject all offers from prosecutors and put his case in front of a jury.
Judge Mark Roher set Tollefson’s pre-trial for June 12th while his jury trial would be on June 24th.
Tollefson is charged with first-degree reckless homicide after he allegedly provided drugs to an unknown individual who overdosed and died.
He was arrested in September 2023.
