Those who are driving to celebrate Christmas with family are getting a little bit of relief at the pump.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, Manitowoc County’s price per gallon of fuel is down five cents from last week, with the average sitting at $2.75.
Sheboygan County saw a three-cent decline to $2.77, while Calumet County reported the biggest drop off of the week, eight cents to $2.74.
Brown County’s average is down seven cents to $2.73, and Kewaunee County motorists are paying an average of four cents less at the pump this week, which is an average of $2.77.
It’s not all good news, however, as Outagamie County is reporting a six-cent bump to $2.80 while Door County’s average is up nine cents to $2.87.
The state and national averages both rose two cents over the past week and now average $2.79 and $3.04 per gallon, respectively.
