The former Assistant Fire Chief in Sheboygan Falls has posted his bond.
Court documents show that 45-year-old John P. Albright posted his $25,000 cash bond on Friday (December 20th).
Albright’s bond was initially set at $150,000 cash before being lowered three times to $25,000, which has since been posted.
Albright has been charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, a felony offense.
When first mentioned by the Sheboygan Falls Fire Department, it was announced that Albright was under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 16.
Albright has pleaded not guilty to the charge, and no future court date for the 45-year-old has been scheduled at this time.
