Arts and crafts opportunities will be coming to the Manitowoc County Historical Society next month.
Beginning Thursday, January 16th the Historical Society and Pinecrest Village will be hosting monthly Community Craft Nights from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
These monthly events will take place on the third Thursday of each month going forward.
Those who knit, crochet, paint, or practice any other arts and crafts are invited to attend to connect with fellow crafters and community members.
Each month, the Historical Society will bring out an item from the museum archives for attendees to enjoy and gain inspiration from.
The Community Craft Night series is inspired by the museum’s Heritage Trade School and Heritage Maker’s Market programs aiming to keep these heritage crafts and trades alive, today.
The craft nights are free to attend, however, donations will be accepted to preserve historical items and traditions in Manitowoc County.
