The Manitowoc woman charged with smashing items at a local restaurant has been officially charged.
35-year-old Megan H. Mabrey was given a $750 signature bond on charges of Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, and two counts of Disorderly Conduct.
She was arrested last weekend after police were called to Hong Kong Buffet on Calumet Avenue for a disturbance.
Mabrey allegedly smashed several plates and a glass decoration, causing an estimated $300 in damage.
As a part of her bond, Mabrey was ordered to have no contact with the victim and Hong Kong Buffet, and to maintain absolute sobriety.
Her initial appearance is scheduled for January 2nd.
