The man accused of taking advantage of child runaways in Manitowoc is being held on a $20,000 cash bond.
23-year-old Ever Nahun Pascal-Santiago is still in the Manitowoc County Jail on charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Engaging in Repeated Acts of Sexual Assault with the Same Child.
The investigation into Pascal-Santiago began nearly a month ago, after a Manitowoc Police Detective received information about a juvenile runaway who was going to Pascal-Santiago’s home.
It was learned that he was supplying vagrant children with alcohol and drugs, such as marijuana and cocaine, before engaging in sexual activities with them. In one case, a victim told police he gave them two bottles of rum and cocaine before having sex with them.
That same victim also recalled an incident where Pascal-Santiago threw her on the ground and forced her to have sex with him.
As of now, he is only charged with contact with one victim and was ordered to have no contact with that victim and to maintain absolute sobriety.
Pascal-Santiago is due back in court on Monday for his initial appearance.
