Milwaukee police have determined that a shooting incident last Friday was a case of murder-suicide.
Authorities revealed yesterday that the 21-year-old man who shot and killed Vanessa King near 7th and Galena Streets also took his own life.
King died at the scene, while the shooter passed away shortly after at the hospital.
According to family members, King had been returning from work when the incident occurred.
Police have not yet disclosed what led to the shooting or whether King knew the man involved.
