As the holiday season fast approaches, the 77th Alice in Dairyland is teaming up with the DATCP to encourage shoppers to buy Something Special from Wisconsin.
The Something Special from Wisconsin program aims to make it easier for consumers to locate items that were crafted in Wisconsin and to help keep those producers in business.
Halei Heinzel, who was named the 77th Alice in Dairyland, says, “These Wisconsin-made products shine during the holiday season, whether wrapped in a bow, brought to a gathering, or served at the dinner table.”
Products that are a part of the program will have a distinctive red and yellow logo on them, making it easy to spot them on store shelves.
