Crews in Two Rivers are continuing their work in a newer subdivision.
The Sandy Bay Highlands subdivision is in Phase 3 of infrastructure improvements.
According to City Manager Greg Buckley’s report, sanitary sewer and water main laterals have been installed in the area of Orchard Land and Rawley Court.
The project also includes some grading, traveling, and storm sewer work.
The council awarded bids back in July for the subdivision. Buckley tells SeehaferNews.com that the work is for 26 of the possible 32 homes that could be built.
Some of the homes will be going up for sale as well after the Two Rivers City Council approved conveying the lots to the city’s Community Development Authority.
