Kenosha Police confirmed that no real firearms were found at the home of the teenager arrested last week in connection with a scare at Roosevelt Elementary School.
Detectives revealed on Friday that they discovered only airsoft guns, which closely resemble real weapons.
Authorities believe these are the same guns seen in videos made by the teen before he visited the school.
The 13-year-old suspect reportedly told police his intention was to frighten students. The teenager faces charges, with a court appearance scheduled for Friday.
