NAMI Manitowoc County is hosting their first every resource fair today (September 9th).
The Manitowoc County Social Service Resource Fair begins at 6:00 pm tonight at the Inn on Maritime Bay and goes until 7:30 pm.
The fair serves as an opportunity for people and families to learn about resources that are available, from behavioral health to shelter services.
About 30 vendors, including The Haven Men’s Homeless Shelter, Lean on Me Lakeshore, and more will be at the event to answer questions and provide information about what they can do to help.
There will also be food available along with a raffle.
Anyone interested can also learn about volunteering with some of the organizations if they don’t need help.
