
An armed robbery at a business in Oshkosh has left one employee recovering from stab wounds.
On Thursday (August 15th), the Oshkosh Police Department responded to a call reporting an armed robbery at a business in the 1300 block of Oshkosh Avenue just before 6:30 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found an employee who had been stabbed.
The suspect, a 23-year-old Oshkosh man, was still on the scene and was placed under arrest.
The stabbing victim was transported to a local hospital with what police described as non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect was transported to the Winnebago County Jail and is facing charges of armed robbery, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting or obstructing an officer, and bail jumping.
The detective’s investigation into the incident is ongoing.
