Two northeastern Wisconsin Big Lots stores are closing.
According to FOX11, the Big Lots in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac will close, although it’s not known specifically when.
The company announced it will close about 315 stores nationwide after filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its “previously disclosed intention to aggressively address underperforming stores.”
The store also lost about $205 million after the first quarter reports came out. Other stores around Wisconsin, including those in West Bend, La Crosse, Menomonee Falls, and Mount Pleasant, will close as well.
However, stores in Milwaukee, Stevens Point, and Janesville will stay open for now.
