A Manitowoc teen is being charged with sexually assaulting three children.
The Manitowoc Police Department received a cyber tip from the DOJ and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding an individual who had uploaded seven videos of child sexual assault material to Snapchat.
It was noted in the police report that at least one of the videos depicted a prepubescent child engaging in sexual activity.
When confronted, the 17-year-old suspect admitted to having sexual contact with “at least three victims under the age of 12” and did so multiple times, with two of them dating as far back as July of last year.
The suspect has been charged with three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts each of Repeated Acts of Sexual Assault of the Same Child and Incest with a Child.
