One person is dead, and two were injured during a crash in Brown County yesterday afternoon (June 27th).
WFRV-TV reports that Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies and first responders were called to the area of Highway 57 near Gerzek Road in the Town of Scott at 12:20 p.m. on a report of a two-vehicle crash.
It was determined a 49-year-old man from the Town was driving south on 57 when he was hit by a second vehicle turning left onto Gersek Road.
The driver of the first vehicle died at the scene, while a 65-year-old Arizona man and his 60-year-old female passenger were treated at a local hospital with unspecified injuries.
The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
