A plane crashed near the Sheboygan County Airport over the weekend.
WHBL reports that the single-engine aircraft hit the ground in a field near the airport just after 2:00 Sunday afternoon.
Three people were said to have been in the aircraft when it suffered an unknown engine malfunction, causing the pilot to make an emergency landing.
All souls on board were safe with no injuries reported.
The FAA has taken over the investigation, as is standard practice in any aircraft related incident.
