
Sixteen girls soccer teams from around the state will be battling in four divisions for a state title starting today (June 13th).
Starting off the day at Uihlein (EE-LINE) Soccer Park in Milwaukee will be the Division 4 semifinals.
#1 seeded Cedar Grove-Belgium will be taking on #4 Regis/McDonell Central Catholic at 11:00 a.m., followed by #2 Kiel, the defending state champs, facing #3 The Prairie School at 1:30 p.m.
In Division 3, it will be two teams that have rolled by opponents in the postseason, with #1 Plymouth taking on #4 Rice Lake at 4:30 p.m.
Closing out today’s action will be #2 McFarland and #3 Catholic Memorial.
Divisions 1 and 2 will hit the pitch tomorrow in semifinal action, with state champs being crowned on Saturday.
