Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has announced that a second recall effort against him has failed.
Vos released a statement on Friday alleging that the recall organizers submitted fraudulent signatures and allowed multiple signings by the same individuals.
Vos also claimed that thousands of signatures were gathered from outside the 63rd Assembly District and that many were collected after the 60-day deadline.
