The Manitowoc County Historical Society will hold a historical walking tour of the former Stecker/Hein Cheese Factory on Wednesday, June 12, at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The event will consist of a 60-minute walking tour of the former cheese factory, highlighting the history of the process of cheese making.
Advanced registration is required to attend.
Participants will meet at the former cheese factory located at 1024 Highway H Road, Manitowoc.
Other upcoming walking tours include Evergreen Cemetery on August 21 and Historic St. Nazianz on October 1. The cost is $20 per person.
MCHS members receive a 15% discount.
