
The public was warmed to avoid a park in Sheboygan last night.
Just after 7:00 p.m., the Sheboygan Police Department issued a statement, asking the public to avoid the area of King Park, located in the 1600 block of South 7th Street, due to what they were referring to as a “tactical situation.”
Just after 9:00 p.m., a follow-up statement revealed that the situation was resolved and that it involved a person in crisis.
No additional information was released on the incident.
The Sheboygan Police Department thanked the Sheboygan Falls Police Department and the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department for assisting with the investigation.
