A woman who caused a scene at a Manitowoc bar is now facing drug charges.
Police were called to the Fat Seagull on Quay Street just after 3:30 Saturday afternoon on a report of a woman who was acting strange and talking to herself.
The officer recognized the 32-year-old woman from previous drug arrests and noted that she was talking to the sky and waving her arms around.
While speaking with the woman, she began to ramble, telling the offices that they should be astronauts and making sexually explicit comments.
The officers noted that in their previous contacts with the woman, she acted this way when high on meth.
She was arrested, and was medically cleared at a local hospital before being taken to the Manitowoc County Jail.
While there, she reportedly became aggressive with jail staff and was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The woman has been charged with Possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia, as well as four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
