
Two people are facing drug charges after an incident in Manitowoc’s Trails End Trailer Park.
Officers with the Manitowoc Police Department and Sheriff’s Deputies converged on unit #61 in trailer park located at 2000 Johnston Drive Wednesday morning to execute a search warrant.
After the residence was cleared, a search of the residence uncovered half of a gram of methamphetamine in a bedroom belonging to a 44-year-old man, along with three grams of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia.
In a bedroom where a 49-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman reside, officers found two tenths of a gram of methamphetamine and two grams of marijuana.
The 49-year-old man admitted to police that he and everyone living in the residence occasionally smoked meth and pot and that they would go through an “8-ball,” or an eighth of an ounce, of meth in a day or two.
He revealed that he would buy an 8-ball once or twice a week.
Both men have been charged with Possession of Meth, THC, and Drug Paraphernalia, while the 49-year-old man was also charged with Keeping a Drug House, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
The 44-year-old man was hit with seven counts of Bail Jumping, three Misdemeanor and four Felony.
