The man convicted for firebombing a home in Fond Du Lac in 2016 has been sentenced.
FOX11 reports that Elliot Schneider will be spending 18 years in prison after previously being found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Damage to Property by Means of Explosives and 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
Two additional charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety were dismissed but read into the record, while charges of 1st Degree Reckless Injury and Intentionally Abusing a Hazardous Substance were dismissed on a motion by the prosecutor.
This sentence will begin after a previous 12-year sentence is completed, as he was convicted in a child sexual assault case in December.
Schneider had built a bomb and had it planted at the home of a man he believed had stolen money from him in a drug deal.
When the bomb exploded, one person was injured and started the home on fire.
