There is uncertainty surrounding the attempted homicide charges in a recent case from Shawano, which may relate either to a domestic violence incident on Friday night or a subsequent high-speed chase in Dodge County the following day.
Shawano Police had been searching for a suspect involved in the domestic violence call.
The next day, Dodge County deputies located the suspect, leading to a chase that reached speeds of up to 125 miles per hour and included driving on the wrong side of the road near Watertown.
Formal charges have yet to be filed in either incident.
