The man found in the Two Rivers Harbor has been identified.
Two fishermen discovered 40-year-old Joshua J. Donaher of Two Rivers on Sunday at the convergence of the East and West Twin Rivers.
Two Rivers Police Captain Andrew Raatz says police and the Manitowoc County Coroner’s Office are actively investigating the cause and circumstances of the death.
The public is not believed to be in danger, but they are not releasing any other details at this time.
There was also no obvious evidence at this time of any foul play.
