Child exploitation charges have been filed against a former youth tennis coach in Ashwaubenon.
WBAY TV reports that 40-year-old Josuah Denault had a $75,000 cash bond set during his first court appearance on the charge last Friday.
According to a criminal complaint, Denault is accused of videotaping a 10-year-old victim at a tennis practice at the Four Seasons Tennis Club earlier this month.
The complaint also alleged him of assaulting a woman who appeared to be unconscious. Other photos were also found allegedly showing “upskirt” and “upshirt” videos and images of young girls.
Brown County Sheriff Deputies call the investigation a sensitive one as the number of young victims is growing with electronic and other evidence going back at least three years.
Denault is due back in court this Friday for a status hearing.
He’s charged with capturing an intimate representation, child enticement/exposing genitals in a public area, causing mental harm to a child, and child sexual exploitation.
