
A 56-year-old man is being treated for injuries sustained during an incident at a prison treatment center in Oshkosh.
FOX11 reports that officers were called to the Wisconsin Resource Center on North Drive at around 2:50 Tuesday afternoon on a report of a “substantial battery incident.”
What exactly happened was not revealed, but it was stated that it involved a 56-year-old man and a 41-year-old man, neither of whom was an employee of the facility.
The injured man was taken to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah, and no other injuries were reported.
The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating the incident and says that there is no perceived danger to the public.
