
In their final regular season home game of the season, the Manitowoc Lincoln baseball team cruised to an 11-0 win over Algoma.
Trenton Ducat was the winning pitcher on a 5-inning 1, 1-hit shutout over the Wolves, while Noah Wech ripped a pair of doubles and had 3 RBI.
Zach Bradl also chipped in a pair of hits and an RBI, while the Manitowoc offense was aided by 7 walks and 6 hit batsmen.
Lincoln improves to 19-3 overall, while Algoma falls to 12-8.
The Ships, which earned the #2 seed in their Division 1 bracket, have a makeup game today against Sheboygan North at Field of Dreams Park before traveling to Notre Dame on Thursday afternoon and closing out the regular season at Kaukauna on Friday.
The Ships will start their postseason run next Thursday when they host either the 7-seeded Fond du Lac or #10-seeded Oshkosh North.
