A Green Bay man is facing charges after he was caught taking photos of a young girl in a public park restroom.
WBAY TV reports that 23-year-old James A. Martin had followed a 9-year-old girl into a bathroom at Colburn Park on May 8th.
A t-ball game was in progress at the time, and Martin allegedly took a photo of her while she was in the bathroom stall.
The girl saw him and immediately told an adult.
Police were called, and they found the photo in question, along with photos of adults using the restroom as well.
Charges of Capturing an Intimate Representation and Invading Privacy, each with the victim under 18 years old, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer have been filed, and Martin has posted his $5,000 cash bond.
