The Lake Hallie Police Department dispatched officers to a gas station in the city at 4:00 Tuesday morning on a report of an individual acting strangely.
The officer arrived to find 29-year-old Julian Webster of Green Bay trying to back out of a parking spot with his hazard lights on.
Webster was said to be displaying signs of impairment and smelled of intoxicants.

It was also learned that the vehicle he was driving had been stolen in Barron County.
Webster was arrested on charges of OWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle while Revoked, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I and II Narcotics, and Possession of Marijuana.
