There is only one meeting scheduled for today in the City of Manitowoc.
The Community Development Authority will be in the Community Room at the Manitou Manor Apartments at 4:00 p.m., where they will look over the financial reports and 2024-2025 budget for the Manitowoc Public Housing Business.
They will also get their usual reports on the revolving loan fund and will get updates on the River Point District, Lakeshore Mall, and the former Mirro site before discussing the resignation of one member and the addition of a new one.
After the meeting is adjourned, the group will get a tour of the building.
