After 10 years of being owned and operated by Victoria Seehafer, CENTURY 21 Aspire Group, formerly known as Aspire Real Estate Group, is now under new ownership.
Seehafer has announced that she has sold the company to Brad and Gail Broecker.
Brad, who has been in the real estate industry for seven years, tells Seehafer News that he is looking forward to continuing the success of Century 21 Aspire group.
“I look at it as…new owner, same great Aspire family,” he said.
Vickie will continue to broker real estate at Century 21 Aspire Group and is confident in the new ownership.
“I couldn’t be more excited for Brad to move into that position of broker-owner,” she explained. “Brad has been with me for quite some time, and I know he will do an amazing job and follow in the footsteps of what we have done with CENTURY 21.”
Vickie continued, saying, “The decision to sell comes as a natural evolution, driven by a desire to ensure the continued success and growth of the business while entrusting its legacy to capable hands.”
Brad stated that “Under my leadership, we will remain your local hometown corner in the heart of downtown Manitowoc, elevating your real estate experience. When you see the CENTURY 21 Aspire sign, you know you will be well taken of.”
