Manitowoc Police have named the suspect in last week’s BP Gas Station robbery.
32-year-old Justin L. Smith was taken into custody in Green Bay for a probation and parole warrant stemming from the investigation.
Manitowoc Police were called to the BP in the 2900 block of Calumet Ave. last Thursday for a robbery.
After tracking Smith with a drone and the K9 team, they learned that someone had come and picked him up.
He was later found in Green Bay and arrested by the Great Lakes Regional Task Force. Smith was convicted in 2012 in a separate case for armed robbery.
He is currently in the Manitowoc County Jail and will have a bail hearing later today (May 13th).
He’s been charged again with Armed Robbery and Possession of THC.
