The Appleton Police Department is asking for help in their search for a wanted man.
Officers are looking for Carlos Franco-Palacios for his role in a 2nd Degree Sexual Assault. He also goes by several aliases, including Carlos Franco, Carlos Palcio, Robin Brynner, and others.
If you see Carlos or know where he is, you are encouraged not to approach him but rather contact SGT.

The Department is also warning citizens of the penalty for harboring or aiding a felon, which is a class G felony.
