Authorities in Waukesha are pursuing disorderly conduct charges against a local couple following an incident of public intimacy.
Deputies caught 28-year-old Desmound Cleveland and 67-year-old Karen Hill engaging in sexual activity within the lobby of the Waukesha County Jail.
Hill confessed to the act, reportedly stating, “sex happens.”
Despite the absence of specific regulations against loitering or sexual behavior in the jail lobby, prosecutors are proceeding with disorderly conduct charges.
