Chad Nylen, previously arrested in Lake Hallie for wielding a machete and engaging in reckless behavior, is now wanted after failing to appear for a court hearing.
Nylen, who admitted to being under the influence of alcohol and methamphetamine during his arrest in February, faces charges related to the incident, which involved attempted assault on law enforcement officers.
An active warrant has also been issued for Nylen in Eau Claire County.
