A woman caught dealing meth out of a Green Bay hotel has accepted a plea deal in federal court.
WBAY TV reports that Nicole LaForge was arrested on March 6th after a confidential informant performed a controlled buy from LaForge, who was found to be in possession of around six pounds of the drug.
After the arrest, LaForge admitted to traveling to Chicago a dozen times and estimated that she sold roughly 30 pounds of methamphetamine.
Also found in the hotel room was some cocaine, fentanyl, a handgun, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, and around $1,700 in cash.
LaForge completed the Brown County Heroin Court Treatment program last year, and she said, at the time, the program helped turn her life around.
She is due back in court on August 22nd for her sentencing, with the prosecution recommending 15 years in prison.
