There are a ton of local and area teams in action today.
Starting with baseball, it is a day of doubleheaders as Manitowoc Lincoln has a twin bill in Pulaski, as does Sheboygan North, which is hosting Green Bay Southwest, and Sheboygan South as they travel to Ashwaubenon.
Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lutheran has a single game on tap in Howards Grove and Roncalli is set to host Kohler/Sheboygan Christian.
Also today, Kewaunee is in Sevastopol, Little Chute is in Marinette, and in a set of doubleheaders, De Pere is at Notre Dame, Green Bay Preble is hosting Bay Port, and Appleton West is in Medford.
It’s tournament weekend for area softball teams, with Mishicot and Reedsville traveling to Ashwaubenon to compete alongside Kewaskum, Appleton East, Bay Port, Waukesha North, and Union Grove.
Elsewhere, Valders is hosting a doubleheader against Whitefish Bay, and Chilton is hosting an Invitational with Campbellsport, Wrightstown, Howards Grove and Southern Door.
Also, Algoma and Shawano are invading Denmark for a triangular, De Pere is hosting a triangular against West De Pere and Fond du Lac, Appleton North and Freedom are both in Winneconne, and Green Bay Preble is hosting West Bend West.
There are only a few girls soccer games on tap. Sheboygan Lutheran/Christian is home for Lourdes Academy/Valley Christian, De Pere is hosting West De Pere and Appleton East is on the road for Arrowhead.
