A Maribel man is facing a 4th OWI.
The State Patrol said last Friday (April 26th) that 46-year-old Steven Armstrong was pulled over on County Highway T near Hickory Grove Rd. because he was allegedly speeding.
When the trooper reached Armstrong’s vehicle, he saw signs of impairment and, through a field sobriety test, it was confirmed that the driver was intoxicated.
Armstrong was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
He was taken to Holy Family Memorial Hospital for an evidentiary blood test before being taken to the Manitowoc County Jail.
