There are a pair of meetings on tap today (April 24th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Board of Public Works is up first, as they will be in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m.
They will look over bids for a grading and graveling project and for an epoxy painting and pavement marking project.
They will also look over the city’s agreement with Hartman’s Town and Country Greenhouse for flower planting in various areas of the city and will look over a request for a sun shade system at a property in the 800 block of South 16th Street.
Then, At 6:00 p.m., the Plan Commission will take over the Chambers to look over a petition to rezone the northern half of 1710 and 1716 Western Avenue into a neighborhood business zone.
They will also review a request to purchase some city-owned property on Riverview Drive.
