Two months have passed since Elijah Vue disappeared in Two Rivers.
Search teams have scoured the Two Rivers and Manitowoc area, with more searches conducted in Green Bay and Wisconsin Dells, but still, nothing.
The Two Rivers Police Department issued an update Friday evening, where they noted that search efforts have been conducted on land, in the air, and on the water.
Searchers were on kayaks, utilized drones, and marched through areas of interest, but since Elijah’s blanket was found on February 25th, no clues have been reported.
Elijah’s mother, Katrina Baur, is due back in court this Friday as she faces charges of Chronic Neglect of a Child, Neglecting a Child, and two counts of Resisting an Officer after she allegedly brought Elijah to the home of Jesse Vang for, as Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre put it, “disciplinary purposes.”
Baur pleaded not guilty in her case, as did Vang, who faces a charge of Chronic Neglect of a Child.
He is not due back in court until June 28th.
