A man recently arrested in Two Rivers was linked to a theft case in Brown County.
According to Two Rivers Police Detective Lieutenant Jacob Glaser, officers were sent to the 1800 block of School Street at around 8:15 Wednesday morning after a citizen reported seeing a man attempting to enter vehicles.
The suspect, identified as Tyler Yoder, was later located in the 2100 block of Washington Street inside an unidentified business.
When confronted, Yoder became combative with officers but was eventually taken into custody on charges of OWI, his 2nd offense, Resisting an Officer, Felony Bail Jumping, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent.
It was later learned that Yoder was the primary suspect in a burglary and stolen vehicle case in Brown County.
Yoder was transferred to the Brown County Jail, where he will face additional charges.
