Charges have officially been filed against a man who was in possession of a gun during the past weekend’s pub crawl in Oshkosh.
According to FOX11, 20-year-old Lamont Brown is facing charges of Possession of a Firearm as a Convicted Felon, Possession of THC and an Amphetamine, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Officers were called to the area of the crawl at around 9:40 Saturday evening for a “large physical disturbance” that was taking place.
Witnesses reported hearing gunshots, and evidence was located confirming a weapon was fired.
No injuries were reported, but a resident in the area told police the man responsible was in his home.
Brown was found to be in possession of a Glock handgun and 25 rounds of ammunition, however it was not confirmed that he actually pulled the trigger.
The magazine for a standard Glock can hold 15 rounds, but there are additional magazines that can hold up to 33.
Brown’s bond was set at $20,000 cash, and he is due back in court for a preliminary hearing next Thursday (April 25th).
