A fire in Menasha yesterday afternoon (April 16th) left three people displaced.
The Neenah-Menasha Fire Rescue Department reported on its Facebook page that the blaze was called in just after 1:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of Greendale Street.
Crews arrived to find the fire in the basement of the home, and every occupant was accounted for.
Only one hose was needed to subdue the flames, which caused an estimated $50,000 in damage.
While the cause of the fire was not stated, it was determined to have been accidental.
No injuries were reported, and the three residents are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
